Certicar is a conformity assessment body accredited by the Spanish National Accreditation Body (ENAC) under number 04/C-PR336, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 and ETSI EN 319 403-1, for the conformity assessment of qualified trust service providers and the services they provide under Regulation (EU) 910/2014. Information on the accreditation, its scope and the applicable procedures is published in the Trust Center.
Purpose and use of the site
This site is informative: it describes CerteIDAS’s conformity assessment activity and publishes the documentation its regulatory framework requires. The information it contains does not constitute advice, a contractual offer or a recommendation on how to meet regulatory requirements; Certicar’s accreditation requires independence and precludes consultancy services.
Accessing and browsing the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users undertake to make lawful use of the site and its contents and not to take actions that could damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.
Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the site (texts, design, logos, trade marks, conformity seal, documents and code) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Certicar or by third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for downloading and consulting the documents published in the Trust Center for the purposes for which they are published.
Use of the CerteIDAS mark and the conformity seal by certified entities is governed by the conditions of use published in the Trust Center. Any reference to a certification outside those conditions constitutes misuse.
Links and liability
The site contains links to third-party sites (standardisation bodies, European legislation, the EU Trusted List). Certicar does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or availability.
Certicar works to keep the information published accurate and up to date, in particular that relating to its accreditation and the certificates issued; in the event of any discrepancy between the information on the site and the official documents (ENAC accreditation certificate, certificates of conformity, procedures in force), the latter prevail. Certicar does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the site.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless the applicable rules establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
Complaints and appeals relating to the conformity assessment activity are handled under the specific procedure published in the Trust Center, not through this channel.
