eIDAS and Trust Services

We assess those who provide trust services and products: the ones that make it possible to sign and identify yourself in the digital world with full guarantees.

An installation of interwoven threads evoking a network of trust infrastructure

Spain is the country with the most qualified trust service providers in Europe. CerteIDAS has assessed them since 2016.

We assess the conformity of providers offering qualified electronic signatures, electronic seals, time stamps, electronic registered delivery and preservation of signatures and seals. With the entry into force of eIDAS 2.0, our scope extends to the new qualified services, including those linked to the European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI Wallet) and to electronic attestations of attributes.

The types of assessment, the accredited scopes and the procedures are published in our Trust Center, together with the ENAC accreditation and the certification schemes.

What sets us apart

We know the standards because we help write them.

We know the context, not just the text. We take part as editors and contributors in the ETSI ESI standards of the eIDAS scheme. Independence in assessment, knowledge of what is assessed.
