Requests and complaints

Use this form to request fees or a quotation, to ask about the certification process, to verify a certificate, or to file a complaint or an appeal. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days.

Every request is logged and assigned to the person responsible for handling it. Complaints and appeals are dealt with under PG-08 and independently of the staff involved in the assessment.
